SURFING THE INTERNET COLLECTION

Project Vote Smart began as a simple research project in 1990. Would citizens defend themselves from the mudslinging, issueless tactics used by political candidates to manipulate them? Since then, hundreds of volunteers and student interns have labored to provide their fellow citizens with the most crucial tool to citizens in a democracy: abundant, relevant information on those who wish to govern us, or wish to replace those who already do.
